Five Element ]
The concept of the Chinese Five Elements believes that everything in the world is born from the five basic substances of gold, wood, water, fire, and earth. The relationship between the five elements can also be used to explain the relationship between things. Interrelated, everything is not static, maintaining a balance between the mutual and the back and forth movements.
Through the correspondence between Chinese medicine and the five elements and five colors, the 178 small devices covered in this large-scale device are made up of a variety of traditional Chinese medicines such as safflower, rush, coltsfoot, magnolia, and gallnut, combined with mixed media. From a far perspective, the picture is like the flow of blood and blood cells and the flow of veins. From a single small device, it presents structures such as alveoli, muscle fiber tissue, neurons and synapses, connective tissue, etc.
