取製作酥皮精湛的技術，結合建築空間錯落的弧形層板規劃，將裝置的意象簡化為空間的層疊與波瀾。作品由花型向外擴散的排列與猶如萬花筒般的對稱和放射型態為靈感做設計上的延伸，形塑層層疊疊，在起伏之中有著一波接著一波縝密而細緻的排列，象徵百年歷史中職人精神的堅持與企盼。
Combine skills of making puff pastry, and arc shelves in the building. Extend the image of the artwork as layers and waves around the space. The concept of the artwork comes from symmetrical and radial pattern of kaleidoscope, symbolize the persistence and the expectation of the professionalism over the past century.
