This person will be responsible for mentoring the team as well as stay hands on.
We hope you has work experience in art installation or design, and needs to assist in the co-ordination of production and practical operations, from organizing and arranging the production design and production schedule of the work. If you have both rational design logic and a little creativity Romance would be great!

▍具備能力 Essential Knowledge/Experience
- 工業設計、建築、空間、藝術、設計相關科系或相關工作經歷
- 具2年以上相關工作經驗
- 3D 軟體操作 (e.g.,CAD/Sketchup/PS/AI/3D MAX/Rhinno.)
- 具備複合媒材加工技術與應用的基本能力
- 懂立體造型結構操作與建立
- 具備統籌和整合能力，可妥善分配進程項目
- 具備獨立專案管理能力
- 良好的時間管理，有效率地在指定時間內完成需求
- 創意發想與問題應變能力
- Industrial design, architecture, space, art, design related majors or related work experience.
- Over 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of material processing and technical experimental capabilities.
- Experience with the operation and establishment of sculpture structures.
- Independent project management capabilities
- Good knowledge of properly allocate process projects
- Experience with 3D software operation (e.g.,CAD/Sketchup/PS/AI/3D MAX/Rhinno.)
- Strong creative ideas
- Self-directed, well organized, and detail oriented
