Fujin Tree Taiwanese Cuisine & Champagne leads the new Oriental food culture, shaping the fusion of contemporary and classical in the space. The traditional eating habits and the cultural heritage behind them are restructured into a new chapter of the story through molecular dismantling, exquisite knife skills, and aesthetic planning; the original potential characteristics are expanded to expand its intrinsic appeal. The tip of the tongue is rendered more delicately.

屏風作為中式傳統陳設式傢俱，有著富貴與和諧等象徵，在空間中能調和動線和阻隔侵擾的分野，同時乘載藝術領域的發展與文化上的意涵。故裝置部分取屏風的意象做為味覺切片的轉化，企圖凸顯食材序列性的滋味展示；並結合植物的有機質地，提供裝置藝術結構性之外的感性面向，講述關於生命感官體驗範疇的動態敘事張力。

As traditional Chinese furnishing furniture, screens have symbols of wealth and harmony. They can reconcile the lines of movement and block intrusions in the space, and at the same time carry the development of the art field and cultural connotations. Therefore, the installation part takes the image of the screen as the transformation of taste slices, in an attempt to emphasize the sequential taste display of the ingredients; combined with the organic texture of the plant, it provides a perceptual aspect beyond the structure of the installation art, and tells a dynamic narrative about the category of life sensory experience.
