茶道是具有儀式性的藝術表現，依循著固定的步驟並在其中體驗深刻的美學，透過古法製作的茶湯激活感官，去感受到與大自然的連結。”精準“這件事的精髓在於去找尋各件事物彼此間的平衡，並在平衡與失衡的感受之間意識到”當下“的力量。

Chado is a ritual artistic expression. It follows fixed steps and experiences profound aesthetics. Tea made by ancient methods will activate the senses and feel the connection with nature. The essence of "preciseness" is to find the balance with things and realize the power of "the present" between balance and imbalance.

大樹茶是由古齡老樹製成，以種子繁殖而非透過人為扦插，這般漫長的等待使大樹茶得來不易，這樣的堅持無非是對於茶質的追求，以及對環境的愛惜和尊重。溫壺、醒茶等泡茶的步驟，都是等待的練習，我們在茶葉緩慢擴散的溫潤中靜思、遐想與沈澱。”等待“在茶道中不是無聲的靜止，而是醞釀與粹煉的關鍵。
Dashucha is made of old trees and it is propagated by seeds instead of cuttage. Such a long wait makes this kind of tea difficult to obtain. This insistence is not only pursuit the quality of tea, but also respect for the environment. All the steps of making tea, such as warm pot and “awake the tea”, are exercises of waiting. We meditate and collect when the tea slowly spreading in the hot water. "Waiting" is not the silent stillness in Chado, but the key to brewing and refining.

從一塊土壤開始，宇宙間的震動維繫每一棵生命被包覆的養成以及發展過程，感知的微弱對於萬物間的情感逐漸產生斷層的同時，每一個透過精神意涵的傳遞都開始處理好幾世代交疊下，而影響的結果，也許從根本的直接與溫度，展開一段沒有語言的溝通，讓觸覺的起點牽連一塊茶餅的原始，回應自然、回歸環境、回想本質，載體的內涵除了價值觀的框架習慣，更為重要且企圖喚醒的內在，只是我們都應該回去看見的真實與誠懇。

Starting from a piece of soil, the vibration of the universe sustains every process of life development. Human’s perception is gradually weakening nowadays, and perhaps a direct communication with the nature will be a good start. By touching the tea cake, let the tactile experience guide you to respond to nature, to return to the environment, and further more, to evoke the truth and sincerity inside one’s heart.
